Standard Delivery

Current processing time: 1-2 business days

Estimated delivery times: The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on what state you are in, and whether you are in a metro or regional area. 

Things you need to know:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.
  • In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, AscendFit Gear will not refund your order or offer a replacement.

Customs Taxes

Please note that we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. AscendFit Gear is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. 

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
